The concept
Welcome to the brewing world, where the scents of malt and hops combine to create an intoxicating bouquet. You'll be guided by a passionate brewmaster and plunge headlong into the world of fermentation and artisanal recipes.
Armed with vats and mills, you'll become modern alchemists, transforming raw ingredients into a golden potion. Everyone will have to get involved, measuring grains, adding hops according to the secrets revealed by our guide, all in a fun and collaborative atmosphere.
Brewing was a coordinated march between temperature, time and ingredients. You'll learn the subtleties of each step, from mashing to boiling, and discover how each decision could influence the profile of the beer to come. It was a symphony of brewing knowledge and meticulous gestures.
