The concept
Get your aprons on!
Cooking is on trend, and we're offering you the chance to take part in a culinary team-building activity inspired by the famous "TOP CHEF" competition.
You'll have to conceptualize, create and sublimate your gastronomic creations around several technical, aesthetic & cultural tests where rigor and organization will be essential.
Our chef will be your orchestra conductor, and will start by making you aware of the hygiene, safety and techniques to be adopted during your creations.
Each brigade will be made up of at least one chef, one second and one commis; your team will have to organize itself to compose three savory pieces and one sweet within a given timeframe.
The chef will leave no stone unturned, and at each stage you'll be assessed on your culinary knowledge, cleanliness, waste, taste and presentation of your plates. Every detail counts in winning this challenge.
