April 20th to 21st - 25 pax - Company’s CODIR in
Camargue, logistics industry
The participants stayed in an authentic Camargue farmhouse with a view of the salt marshes and flamingos. The employees were able to hold their meeting with all the technical facilities for optimal working comfort. Two activities were organized to explore the region and achieve the cohesion objective:
• A 4x4 treasure hunt: Off-road, allowing them to visit the rice fields, admire the unique flora and fauna of the Camargue. It concluded with a lunch in a ‘manade’ with the tasting of the traditional bull ‘gardiane.’
• An E-scooter rally with typical challenges: a team-building, unifying, sporty, and thrilling activity with a route filled with challenges (horseshoe throwing, archery, rodeo, etc.)
For the sake of conviviality, an evening of festivity by the pool with a Gipsy band to set the mood.
Result :
• A unifying and exotic residential seminar for addressing the company’s new themes with serenity.
• A strong ecological approach to implement the company’s new standards.

Realization of a nautical treasure hunt on the Arcachon Bay.
The 6 teams set out in search of a buried treasure chest on a sandbank. With their equipment, they will be able to guide their captain to navigate through their course and collect clues to open the chest.
Objectives:
• Demonstrate cohesion, observation, and communication skills.
• Use navigation tools and raise awareness about ecology among participants.
To the keys :
• A unique water tour of the Arcachon Bay with stunning panoramas
• A stop on a sandbank with a champagne toast, overlooking the Dune of Pyla
• Oyster tasting in an oyster shack
• Eco-friendly and locally-sourced winning prizes

Company in the IT sector
We designed an event with the theme of ‘nostalgia.’ To achieve this, we rented a circus tent in Bordeaux and decorated it with a vintage guinguette style.
The program included:
• A red carpet entrance with fire breathers to add a spectacular touch to their arrival.
• Welcoming hostesses dressed especially for the event to immerse the participants fully.
• An opening ceremony in the form of a ‘Burger Quizz’ to announce the year’s numbers.
• A guinguette-style cocktail dinner.
• Amusement park attractions.
• Gourmet stands: Candy bar, cotton candy, and popcorn machines.
• A DJ to get the dance floor grooving.
Result :
A memorable and original festive evening that successfully took the participants back to their childhood.
